This is an administrative position, not a construction position.

Position consists of ongoing jobsite visits, review of construction progress and application for payments, photo documentation, and communication with general contractor.
Applicant will use and shall be well versed in excel, word, and similar Microsoft Suite programs.
Autocad not required but a bonus.
