Summary:
Assist Financial Advisors with client service and client management to ensure world-class service with an emphasis on creating and delivering a unique client experience that defines and differentiates the practice.
This role consists of both client careand support as well as client service and administrative responsibilities.
Job Description-Roles &
Responsibilities:
Assists Advisor & Operations Manager with operations at Southold office.
Directs and manages client contact to ensure client satisfaction.
Provides direct support to advisors through the practice's systems and processes, to resolve client service issues and requests.
Actively seeks to resolve client service concerns and issues in a professional, accurate and timely manner.
Acts as a liaison to team members to ensure a high level of assistance and communication is provided to clients and team with high level of service.
Responsible for supporting advisors with service requests, including but not limited to, the following:
Preparing new business paperwork and account transfers, obtaining appropriate signatures, collecting client information, working with 401(k) plans and participants, insurance and annuity application processing, estate settlements, communicating with the home office or other businesses on behalf of the client/advisors.
Responsible for updating all client records & information as needed.
Responsible for coordinating with team members to ensure all items are documented and prepared for the advisor's meetings with the clients.
Responsible for maintaining electronic files (scan and process).
Mail processing:
Handle and disseminate all incoming/outgoing mail daily and process accordingly (upload checks received, process paperwork, and other items as well as sending out documents and mail, including UPS paperwork, letters to clients, etc.
).
Follows and implements items required by compliance.
Attends and participates in events as requested.
Acts as back-up support to other Client Service Specialist/Financial Service Assistant (and their advisor's requests) when needed or requested.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
