Vehicle Description Offered for sale is a 1979 Mercedes-Benz 280CE.
Car was nut and bolt restored:
Drivetrain:
o Engine removed and resealed, cylinder head rebuilt.
o Full tune up, all new drive belts, hoses and clamps.
o New water pump and thermostat, radiator rebuilt.
o All new motor mounts, firewall pad, timing chain tensioner, new exhaust.
o Suspension and undercarriage stripped clean and undercoated.
o New fuel lines, new Mercedes exhaust.
o New shocks.
Brakes:
o New brake pads and rotors, new brake lines.
Paint process:
o Car is completely disassembled, window removed, cowl removed, doors, hood, trunk removed.
o Car is then stripped to bare metal and painted using correct Glasurit paint.
o Paint is Cypress Green Metallic 272.
o All new Mercedes rubber seals used when car is assembled.
Interior:
o All new leather seats, using premium old timer Cognac leather, door panels, dashboard, kick panels and rear quarters.
o All new German carpets.
o All materials from GAHH of California.
o Wood refinished at Madera Concepts.
Exterior Chrome and Trim:
o All chrome or trim is either replaced with new or refinished.
